Anglican Preschool Services (APS) is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our faith-based organisation of 17 preschools under Little Seeds Preschool. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education while championing Christian values and transforming lives through high-quality, values-based learning.
As CEO, you’ll drive our strategic vision, ensure operational excellence, and lead a passionate team to deliver impact with integrity. You’ll work closely with the Anglican Diocese, Board, parishes, regulators, parents, and communities to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability. We're looking for a courageous and collaborative leader with deep experience, sound judgement, and a heart for education and service.

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador of the organisation in displaying the APS values of faith, integrity, unity, community, and excellence in daily interactions with stakeholders; someone providing efficient support to the Principal in the daily administration and operations of the Centre.
He/She also ensures a positive customer experience for the stakeholders.
